Submission

Submit the full information about your commission. Be as clear and detailed as possible, if you have any references include them in your message. You can send it via Pixiv, Twitter DM, or Email.

After discussion about the details to get clearer information, I will confirm whether I can fulfill the request and schedule it.

Half Payment

After confirmation, I will provide an invoice for half of the payment. If you're on the waiting list, you can pay later when it's your turn.

Note: If payment confirmation is not received within 3-7 days after your turn is confirmed, your position on the waiting list will be moved to the last.

Concept Sketches

I will provide 2-3 initial rough sketches for your review to discuss the details and finalize the commission. This helps to have a clear understanding of the big picture and provide recommendations for better results.

Sketch and Color Plan

Sketching and color planning involve determining the tone and color of an object, as well as visualizing how the lighting and shadows will appear.

A maximum of three sketch revisions are allowed. Any extra revisions beyond this limit will incur an additional charge of $5 or more.

Another Half Payment

Please make the remaining payment after the sketches and color plan have been completed. The next progress will not be continued until the payment has been transferred.

Coloring and Cleaning

Apply colors and effects to enhance the sketches and artwork, and make necessary adjustments to achieve better results. Up to two revisions for coloring are included. Any extra revisions will incur a charge starting from $5.

Final Check and Sending the File

Final check of the work and sending the file to where you originally submitted the commission request (Pixiv, Twitter DM or email).

The work will typically take around 7 days, but this can vary depending on the specific details or complexity of the task.
